Jess Dawson is a Montana native with over 20 years of construction, project, and program management experience. During his years of experience, he has embraced the importance of bringing synergy to a team atmosphere to accomplish goals benefiting all stakeholders. 

Jess previously held the role of Director of Vertical Construction for an Exclusive Development Company, in Big Sky, MT. Jess joined the Development team in 2017, where he oversaw 150+ builds from conceptual stages of design, budget and contract execution, construction execution, and completion/turnover to clients. He supervised a team of 15 employees managing over 60 active projects with over $400 million in project costs under contract.

Prior to his Development Company experience, Jess had over 14 years of experience working at Bechtel, one of the most respected engineering, construction, and project management companies in the world. During that time, he served in a variety of leadership roles, on multiple projects, across several Business Lines. He has been on Senior Project Management teams managing projects valuing over $1 Billion in costs and overseeing 250 management-level team members accompanied by 3,000 craft workers on builds.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Montana State University, was involved in the Athletic Department as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, and is a former player for the Montana State Football Team.

As Jess enjoys working and socializing with people the most valued aspect of his life is his family. Jess is married to Jade, and they have two children together, Ellie and Baxter. As a family, they love the outdoors spending time skiing, hiking, and camping.

Shad Cristando is a highly motivated individual that has over 12 years of construction management experience and prides himself on safety, quality, and production while working with customers and contractors alike. 

Shad currently oversees the DC Management arm of our company acting as an Owner’s Rep for the US construction operations for a publicly traded semiconductor services and production company managing $140 million of expansion and improvement projects annually. Previously Shad held a Sr. Manager position for an Exclusive Development Company in Big Sky, MT. He had direct oversight of $180 million in custom multi-family construction projects. 

Prior to his previous roles, Shad was a Sr. Manager for a development and manufacturing company. Where he managed a $300 million portfolio of internal capital projects and development investments. 

Shad graduated from Montana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and after graduating, he joined Bechtel’s Power & Infrastructure Team. It was at Bechtel where Shad’s admiration for complex construction projects grew. His project controls experience while at Bechtel paved the foundation for strong planning and management practices.

In his spare time, Shad enjoys being with his wife Rebecca and twin boys Emmett and Elliott. They love skiing in the winter and boating in the summer and everything else Montana has to offer. Shad & his family, volunteer time supporting youth to become strong and independent individuals through the sport of alpine ski racing.
